Here in the official rules it says:

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY IN ANY PHASE OF A PROJECT, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO TONGAL AND THE SPONSOR OF SUCH PROJECT THAT YOUR SUBMITTED ENTRY:

Does not contain content that is in violation of or infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, and rights of publicity);

I've seen wining pitches that contain material (pictures & video) people couldn't possibly have the rights to. Is okay to use material like this during the pitch phase in a look-book, mood-boards, or video references? Is it only the finished product that cannot utilize copyrighted material?
