Can't Edit Profile.

I tried to edit my profile adding more info but when I hit submit the screen goes gray and it just sits there not responding. What do I do?

Problem solved. I switched to Firefox and the submit then worked but video didn't. Had to update Quicktime and Realplayer then all was fixed.

im still not able to update my profile, whats up with that? since my bday isnt saved, i cant even submit an idea. rrr

OS? sorry im not the best with technology :) i use a google browser. should i be using something different.
