I have purchased EULA for many 3D models. The EULA specifically states that the models are licensed to be used in animations and video for commercial purposes however the models themselves are not exclusively owned by me. Other people can purchase and use the same EULA for that same 3D model. While I can and do create 3D models (LightWave 10)these assets can be a huge time saver. Can they be used in the production of videos for these prodjects or does that depend on the sponsor (some yes some no)or are they not useable at all due to non exclusive ownership?

STRICTLY A OPINON: I think since license agreements vary & there are different types; editorial, extended etc. the agreement would probably have to be reviewed by the brand and/or Tongal before being accepted. Usually restrictions are on redistribution/reselling of the models.

True the license allows me to render animations using the models , composite them into video's etc.for commercial purposes if I wish. I just don't have the right to sell or give the models to anyone else. The Question is would the Brand or Tongal require exclusive ownership by the Brand or Tongal?
