2 different people-same idea submitted.
Does the person who submitted it FIRST get the prize?
Just wondering because there seems to be a lot of concern about "idea-stealing" amongst Tongal Members...
I MAY come up with a cool idea, but if I don't "get it to market" FIRST, I lose....
