I have some doubt for Idea Submission & the doubt is
1.Is it Mandatory that we have to submit videos for our idea at Video Phase.
2.Is 140 Character length restriction inclusive of Spaces in between words or only alphabets?

1) It is not mandatory to submit a video if you win in the Idea phase. 2) It is inclusive of all characters, just like on Twitter.
