If there are for example 10 winners for a video entry and say only 5 or 6 submit a video, what happens to those other prizes? Are the just not awarded or are they split up somehow?

Good question. As this has never been the case in a Tongal project, it's not something we've encountered first hand. If this were to happen, the project would repost for a predetermined amount of time to allow for more submissions.
