So in a video phase when it says that 2 Wild Card submissions are guranteed to get a cash prize, what happens if there is only one or two Wild Card submissions? Does that gurantee them a cash prize no matter what?

I am confused. I just discovered Tongal, and it's an amazing resource for filmmakers. However, If I enter a contest (for the first time) at the Video Phase, must I 1)Use only ideas from the Story and Pitch phase, and 2)have previously submitted Tongal content to be considered?

1) You can either base your video submissions off of one of the winning ideas, or create a wild card, that is, something totally new. 2) You do not have to have submitted to a previous Tongal project to be considered.
