Technical Issues

Hey, I noticed that A Wrinkle in Time Mini-Movie Qualification Project there's no way to actually submit (at least when I check it). When you go to Awards/Submit it just says "This phase is open only for the winners," but there's no actual way to submit for the pitch qualification. Am I the only one experiencing this, or did I miss something?
