E-mail notification on submitted ideas

Technical Issues

I recently entered the Idea Phase for several recent projects (Tera Pak, The Who Music Project, MC Product Dev) and I had not received a confirmation e-mail stating my idea had been successfully submitted.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, that has happened to me as well but I checked "My Tongal" and they were there.

I can't sumbit my idea. Nothing happens when I select "submit." Contest ends in 19 minutes. Yikes!

I uploaded a previous work video that hasnlt appeared in my profile yet. it's been a day and just wondering the process takes longer than that. It's my show reel. Is there any way to verify if it's going to go up or if I need to remove it and try again.

I uploaded my video and story today before 3pm.
I specifically clicked submit and left my computer.
When I came back just recently, the screen had refreshed to the home page where submission is no longer an option. But there is no submission in my profile and I have no emails. Please help! -Brian
