Is every project able to have Wild Card entries submitted? or is out up to the Project owner to decide if they want Wildcard entries or not? thanks

It's always up to the Brand to decide if they're opening it up to Wildcards. If they are, you'll see it noted in the brief that the project is accepting Wildcards. Right now the only submission accepting Wildcards is Reese's Puffs, and if you check the Project Forum you'll see how to get the correct packaging to use in the video. Usually it's a first come first serve basis for products if you're planning on creating a Wildcard, so it's best to email Tongal ASAP if you plan on creating a Wildcard that features a specific product/packaging.
