The recent nominee announcements for both #TongiesV and the 2018 Academy Awards (we might be a tad more excited about the former!) has got us thinking about acceptance speeches. Who would you thank if you were to win a Tongie? Which awards show acceptance speech sticks in your mind as the most memorable of all time?

I don't know if I can thank my mother if I ever win again, I got so choked up I had to stop talking. Maybe I'll thank my cat.

I think I'd be more likely to win an Academy Award than a Tongie
