OK, first question: For those of you who got your start on Tongal as an Ideator and later worked your way up to winning Pitches as a Filmmaker, how did you make that transition? What tips do you have for other Tongalers who also hope to make that leap? If you submit as both an Ideator and Filmmaker, we'd also love to hear how your creative process differs for each task!
