On most of my submissions I see a "Concept Rating" from 0-5 stars. It then shows how many votes there have been if you hover over it. What exactly does this mean? Who is voting on this?

To the best of my understanding:
Most of the times, the brand sponsor gets hundreds of submissions for a contest. So they need to have a way to rank all of them as they go through them so they dont have to like just remember their favorites. So they rank each one as they go on a scale from 1-5. I believe also the sponsor can have multiple people who vote on all the entries. So lets say I have a team of 10 people, we all go through all the entries grading them on that 1-5 scale and then the scores from each judge for each entry get averaged together.Thats why your score may be a weird number like 3.42. then at the end they can see what idea got the highest overall rating average from multiple judges. Basically, That score is what your idea got graded by the sponsor. These can be objective though, it doesn't necessarily mean your idea is bad or good! Hope that helped!
