This may be an obvious question but who sets the deadlines for announcing the winners. Tongal or the sponsor.

The winners announcement is always at the mercy of the Brands, because they might need extra time to choose between ideas, decide whether they'd like to spend the extra cash to pick more ideas, or re-post the projects for a few more days to get more submissions to choose from. Tongal definitely helps them along in the process, but ultimately the brand can push the winner announcements as long as it reasonably takes to make a decision on winners!
