I feel incredibly stupid for having to ask this, but what is the treatment part of the pitch process? English isnt my first language and ive never heard that word used in the context that the pitch page uses it in. Is it basically a contract and what should it contain?

In Tongal Terms, I believe they're looking for a summary of the entire story you're looking to tell in the commercial. It's an outline to let the Brand know the plan so they can visualize what the finished product would look like if they select you to bring it to life. I'll link you to a finished project another Tongaler did. You can click on the Treatment button and view exactly what they submitted to the brand. It goes through all the details of their project, and what they plan on doing to bring the story to life. You should be able to search through other finished projects and see what other winning Tongalers have submitted to get selected by the brands. https://tongal.com/project/JCPHoliday/submissions/pitch/the-joy-of-giving
