Trying to change name on account to our company name-

Hello- we are trying to change the name on our account to our production company name but when we go to Edit Profile and change it there when we hit submit nothing happens--- can you help?

Hi there - it should work if you enter in the new name and then click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the page. If you're still having trouble, email us at help@tongal.com and we can help you out. Thanks!!
