This is my first time and I'm really confused. I tried to make a pitch on the Ricola project, which it says is in the pitch phase, but the questions seem to imply that that they're already looking for videos. (Why would I need to post a wardrobe for a mere idea?)

Anyway, every time I try to click on the upload image buttons nothing happens, but if I try to send my pitch without an image it not only tells me that it needs the images, but also erases everything I wrote before. It says I need a flash player, but I already have that, and just to make sure I followed the link to upload it again, in case it's a special version.

Does "Pitch phase" mean to pitch a video after the idea-pitch has already been selected? (The specs seemed like they already had an idea, but one I had fun elaborating on) If so, what's the official title for the pre-pitch phase, and where do I find that? Regardless, how does anybody submit required uploaded images with such a cantankerous uploader? Is it obvious to bright young folks who teethed on keyboards?
