How to fill in Affidavit form if I don't have a Social Security number in my country

Hi there! Could you please help me, I've just won in one of Big Idea's contests, and I need to fill in all the necessary forms. I've chosen on-line applications, and filled easily first two. But now I'm stuck with Affidavit, because I need to put in my Social Security Number, but I'm from Russia, and we don't have such thing. I suppose we have something similar but I don't know for sure what number to put here.

I am also having the same problem, is there a solution to this?

If you do not have a Social Security Number, you can leave that section blank or write, "N/A." Thanks!

I am from India.We also don't have SSN services yet. I tried to write N/A while filling the form under sign online but it gives error-"Invalid SSN "
Is it ok if I fill First two Forms Online and third one On paper and upload.
Or should i provide Unique ID Number which is equivalent to SSN in INDIA?
