I saw the STORY phase of the RIT DYE looked like you needed to submit a real story. But the Ford car STORY is created. Is there a difference? Help me please, I felt like I had a good story for RIT, but read somewhere that a winning PITCH had to take care of his/her travel expenses to VIDEO the story writer.

Yes. It appears the Ford story can be from your imagination but the RIT story is more like the Love Tales concept where your idea should be a real thing because it will be expected that if that idea wins a filmmaker will come to your house and film you enacting that idea/ story.
