For the Duracell video contest, someone submitted an idea and was chosen the winner of the "idea" contest. Do I have to make a video based on their idea?

Generally during the Pitch Phase you need to base your pitch on a winning idea, however, if there is a Wildcard option in the Video Phase, you can create a video using your own idea.
