Create five (5) animated Videos for the new Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials® website that launches on December 11th. Videos will help families by sharing insightful and useful tips for healthy wintertime living.
You’re more than just a parent – you’re your family’s Chief Care Officer, the one who’s on top of allergies, baby’s bath time, cleaning and bandaging wounds, and making sure your teen isn’t stressing about their skin. And that’s just a small sample of what you do to keep your family in good care for a majority of the year.
But then there’s...WINTER, and a whole other slew of unique issues to manage: dry skin and eczema, dehydrated hair, coughs, winter allergies, and the dreaded cold & flu season to name just a few. Sometimes you may know exactly what to do and have your tried and true solutions for these and other common issues that may arise during the winter. If this is the case, Family Chief Care Officers could really use your help so they can reduce the dread of winter and focus on the fun.
Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials® is launching a new website on December 11th and they want the Tongal community to create helpful videos that share useful tips for healthy winter living. Ideas and Videos can offer solutions to any common winter health issues that may arise for families. Family Chief Care Officers need YOUR help!
Please read the remainder of the Brief for all of the important details.
The goal of this project is to create a suite of five (5) 15-60 second animated videos that share fun, inspiring, tips for healthy wintertime living. The sponsor is open to considering a variety of animation styles and/or motion graphics.
You are strongly encouraged to draw style and tone inspiration from the videos on the Healthy Essentials® YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHL70lVxRQqkP811-C73qQw/feed
NOTE: This project has a unique timeline. The first four (4) weeks of the Video phase will be dedicated to Pitch review, giving you three to four (3-4) weeks to create your first cuts. You are required to deliver five (5) 15-60 second videos.
Each Idea and Video must be based around one of the below five (5) categories:
The following materials must be included in your Pitch:
NOTE: If you use voiceover for your suite of Videos, your voiceover talent must be the same throughout all five (5) Videos, with a Sponsor preference towards female voiceover casting to stay consistent with the current Healthy Essentials® campaign.

Please note: there are no residuals on this project.
PHASE 1: IDEA – Tell us your Idea for Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials® winter tips in 140 characters or less. Remember, an Idea (What is an Idea Phase?) is not a detailed script; it is a spark of inspiration, or a distillation of what will happen in the Video. As always, Ideas should be clever and engaging. The winning Idea creators will receive $250 each.
PHASE 2: PITCH - Submit your Pitch (What is a Pitch Phase?) convincing the Sponsor why you should be selected to execute a Video based on one of the winning Ideas from the previous Phase using:
The most compelling Pitch will be selected and, upon submitting the Winner’s Affidavit and the IP Assignment, will receive $21,250 to help create the Video. Additionally, upon submitting a suite of five (5) Videos that satisfies the criteria laid out in your winning Pitch, the Pitch winner will be paid an additional $21,250. For an example of an effective Pitch, check out The Indie Machines winning “3 Artists & 5,000 LEGOs” Pitch video. All Pitches will remain private until after the winner of the Video Phase is announced and the Project is complete.
PHASE 3: VIDEO – The Pitch winner from the Pitch Phase will create a suite of five (5) 15-60 second Videos based upon their winning Pitch.
--Video Phase Payout: Upon completion of the videos the producer will be paid $21,250.
