Join the LEGO World Builder team as an independent contractor Community Moderator!

LEGO World Builder is excited to bring on a new class of independent contractor Community Moderators to help manage our various support channels (email, social, and discussion forums) and moderate published content on the LEGO World Builder platform. The hourly rate is $20 per hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Working with the Senior Platform and Community Manager, our Community Moderators will ensure that the LEGO World Builder community experiences best-in-class support and is following the LEGO Group’s “play well” ethos. The ideal candidates will have a passion for community support and moderation and a genuine knowledge of the LEGO brand.

  • Ability to master the LEGO World Builder voice and willingness to incorporate feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills
  • Deep understanding of the LEGO World Builder website and World Guidelines
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze information and present it in an effective manner
  • Capacity to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • How would you answer the following support question: "How do I add an element to my world?"

The LEGO World Builder team will carefully consider each application for our Community Moderator roles, however, we cannot guarantee the selection of one or more applicants as a result of this project and will retain the right to close the project at any time without making a definitive decision.
