Synopsis

Faster than you can say The Great Wall of China, we need YOU to find us a Production Crew in Beijing who can shoot and edit the keynote event at Tech World in real time! If the team you refer gets selected for this job, you'll receive $2,500! 

Background
 
Say what? Working with Tongal, Lenovo needs someone in the land of pandas, dim sum and tai chi to cover the keynote speech at the 2015 Lenovo Tech World Event in Beijing on May 28th. We need a crew with the muscle to shoot and edit a live production, as if they were covering a live sporting event. The crew will need to be there by the 26th for a run through. 
 
If you can refer us the lead production crew that ends up covering the event for this project, you will earn a $2,500 referral fee. That's right twenty-five hundred big ones, or 15,000 big ones if you’re spending Yuan!!
 
To be considered for this event, the crew you refer will need to be fluent in English, be experienced in live production, and of course, be able to get to Beijing in less than 3 days, if not already there!
Objectives

 

The exact scope is still being defined, but the main goal of this project is to find a production crew in China to cover the keynote speaker during TechWorld. The selected team will need to edit the footage LIVE as it comes in and produce TEN 30 second segments during the two hour segment.

The selected team will need to deliver all raw footage by the end of day.

 

Details

 

This project will be worth a total of $2,500 and will consist of ONE (1) phase: a Referral Phase. Be sure to read the following information carefully as well as the Official Rules.

 

PHASE 1: REFERRAL - Submit referral of a production company that can execute the task at hand using:

 

  • Text (REQUIRED): 500 characters or less synopsizing what they do and your relationship with them.
  • Links (REQUIRED): To the referred company's previous video work.
  • Contact Information (REQUIRED): To the production company.

 

If you can refer us the lead production crew that ends up covering the event for this project, you will earn a $2,500 referral fee.

 

REMEMBER your crew must be:

  • Fluent in English
  • Be experienced in live production
  • Be able to get to Beijing by May 26, if not already there.
