Using an existing script, create an engaging and informative :15 video with motion graphics or animation that create awareness around the Refund Advance offering from H&R Block.

*** Note: This has a truncated pitch phase and a fast-moving timeline. Please review the timeline when you pitch. ***

Getting a tax refund is never not awesome, but having to wait weeks or months to get your own hard-earned money back in your account... well, it kind of sucks. That's why H&R Block created Refund Advance. With Refund Advance, H&R Block clients can get the majority of their tax refund within minutes of filing their taxes. For example, if your refund is $4,000, with Refund Advance you can literally get $3,500 in minutes. It's a great offering, and H&R Block needs to get the word out.

For this project then, H&R Block is looking for one Tongal creator with a lot of experience in motion graphics or 2D animation to create awareness around Refund Advance with a quick, informative, and engaging :15 video. H&R Block will provide the script (week of 11/7), so your job will be to bring the messaging to life using memorable, clear, and stylish motion graphics, potentially with some light 2D animation to integrate some of H&R Block's iconography. You can check out an :06 awareness video H&R Block made for Refund Advance last year along with some static examples of previous campaigns (for another H&R Block product) with a similar look and feel in the Assets tab.

This project has to move very, very quickly, so it's paramount that your pitch show your relevant past work examples and that your treatment not only demonstrates your ability to create something eye-catching and informative but also that your understand and can execute create on this project's fast-moving timeline. There will be almost zero room for pre-production on this project, so we're really looking for a talented motion graphics and animation partner here.

Since this project does not have a true pre-production phase, you must be available for a pre-production review & approval call with H&R Block and Tongal from 11-11:30am PT / 1-1:30pm CT / 2-2:30pm ET on Tuesday, 11/8.

For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.
