In this Quick Hits project, we are looking for expert live sports broadcast teams to help us design and execute a comprehensive, professional broadcast workflow.
We all love the thrill of live sports - the buzzer-beaters, the crowd roars, and the split-second drama - but behind every great game is an absolute powerhouse of a control room that keeps the chaos beautifully organized. A large toy company is looking to launch a dynamic live sports broadcast, similar to this fun event hosted by Nickelodeon, but navigating the intricate web of live event engineering can be a massive hurdle without the right specialists, and we're looking to bring someone on to help with the production planning around this event.
The goal of this project is to find an expert production team with deep live sports broadcasting experience that can help us map out and execute a seamless, professional technical framework. We need a team that knows the broadcast playbook inside and out, from optimizing multi-camera positions and planning video transitions to deploying real-time stat displays and sleek graphic asset packages.
We wish we could say more, but more information can really only be provided to a select group, and upon completion of an NDA. Right now, we're just looking for your portfolio and resume working within live sports broadcasting. Ultimately, budget and compensation will be negotiated afterwards based on the scope of work and your level of experience.

Regardless of the result, all submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and project team.
In order to be considered, include the below materials in your submission. For examples of effective pitches, check out this gallery. All Pitches remain private, even after a Pitch is selected, and Tongal strives to have Pitch selections made by the end of the Evaluation period, but additional time may be required by the Sponsor, depending on any number of factors. Unless specifically requested, there's no need to include a budget with your submission.
