The North Face is looking for a team of filmmakers to film their first ever NightRay Outdoor Festival in Verdon, France on September 12th & 13th!

Do you love Europe? Do you love exploration adventures in Europe? Do you also love filming such adventures in Europe? Well then we have the project for you! The North Face is throwing their first ever NightRay Outdoor Festival, in Verdon, France, and they are looking for a team of adventurous filmmakers to capture the activities, energy, spirit, and people at the event! It’s one night, all night, this September 12th to 13th 2015. There will be trail hikes, yoga, kayaking, climbing, and an interactive basecamp with storytelling and live music performances! And you could be a part of this in a special way—filming it.

The goal of this project is to find one team of filmmakers who can travel to Verdon, France, to film key activities and events at the NightRay Festival on September 12th and 13th. There needs to be more than one filmmaker because multiple events will happen at the same time, so there needs to be enough people to cover all activities.

Total Deliverables:

  • One Video up to 120 seconds (Planning to use this format right after the event, so releasing online one week after the event.)

  • One 30-60 second cut-down Video (Potentially a sizzle or teaser for next year's event.)

  • 6 short form social cut-down Videos up to 15 seconds (These short cuts should come during the night, almost real-time, to be used during the event. We'll be arranging this on-site and aligning with our social media team.)

  • 30 Still Photographs
