Edit three unique :15 videos for the NYC Muslim Center using existing assets. Two videos will be for Facebook / Instagram News Feed, and the other will be for Instagram Stories.
Your goal is to drive brand awareness and immediate donations for the non-profit NYC Muslim Center by editing together a suite of videos with a collection of existing assets. You can download all the assets you have to work with here, although you should note that some of the assets provided may contain text already. Part of the challenge will be to incorporate the text elements in your sample video.
As part of your Pitch, Editors should cut one of the following Sample Videos using the provided assets: a :15 video for Facebook or Instagram Feed (4:5), OR an Instagram Story (9:16). Just be sure to use platform best practices for whatever format you choose.
NYC Muslim Center will greenlight one editor who will cut all 3 videos.
DELIVERABLES: Six total videos, with three different & distinct videos delivered with and without text.
TIMELINE: For the full project timeline please see the Assets tab.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Muslims - 22-65+, specifically donors
EXECUTIONAL MANDATORIES:
EXPOSURE:
If you are selected by the Sponsor for the final edit, you may be given additional assets. In the event there are limited assets to work with, we ask that you lean into your capabilities as an editor to create motion texts and graphics.
Check out our Editor's gallery to see the final videos from our previous Editing Projects and how editors are creating three distinct videos from the same assets. Pay special attention to how editors have introduced the brand/product in the first few seconds, created an effective call to action and end card, and optimized the creative for the intended channel.
In order to be considered for this project, you must include the below materials in your Pitch submission.
The most compelling Pitch will be selected and, upon submitting the Winner’s Affidavit and the IP Assignment, will receive an initial payment to help create their Videos. Please note the payment of the Pitch award is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal. Please see the Assets tab for more information.
