Meet Your Heroes: 2019 Tongal Creative Camp Challenge 1 Project
Photo
07/02/19 - 07/16/19

Who is your creative hero? Share a photo or original artwork of someone you look up to creatively and tell us what their work means to you or how it’s impacted your career for the opportunity to earn a MasterClass All-Access pass.

The goal of this project is to challenge you to reflect on your creative influences and how your heroes have helped shape your own work. We want to know WHO inspires you and HOW they've impacted your creative journey. Selected submissions will be shared with the greater Tongal community on social so that your heroes can continue to inspire even more creators.

EXPOSURE: Tongal’s social media channels

TARGET AUDIENCE: Creators and artists in general, and the Tongal community of filmmakers, writers, editors, and animators

TONE: Serious or silly, we’re open to all tones as long as it comes authentically from your heart

EXECUTIONAL MANDATORIES:

  • You may submit any image of your creative heroes, including copyrighted photos or original artwork. We recommend a minimum file size of 1080x1080px.
  • Name only ONE creative hero per submission (you can submit up to 5 times!)
  • By submitting, you are granting Tongal permission to share your work across our channels, however you will retain the rights to your submission. Please do not upload your submission anywhere else until selected submissions have been announced and this Project has closed. Thank you!

This summer, Tongal is once again hosting a virtual Creative Camp for all our community members and everyone is invited to join in on the fun! Each week between now and early August, we’re launching a 6-part series of ‘just-for-fun’ projects designed to fire up your imagination, push your creative boundaries, and build camaraderie between you and your fellow Tongal creators.
