The Fast and The Furious Walmart Stop-Motion Concepts Project
Concept
12/12/24 - 12/19/24

Submit a concept for one of two action-packed stop-motion videos to generate excitement about a new LEGO® set featuring a female character and her vehicle from The Fast and the Furious franchise, which will be exclusively available at Walmart.

Superfans of the LEGO® brand and The Fast and the Furious franchise - this one's for you! The LEGO® Group and Walmart are looking for adrenaline-packed stop-motion concepts for 2 different stop-motion videos that revolve around an exciting new LEGO® set for The Fast and the Furious franchise. While many of the specifics are highly confidential, we can say that the new set will be exclusive to Walmart, that it'll focus on a female character, and that we're looking to feature a fan-favorite vehicle, too. The LEGO® Group wants to generate a lot of awareness and excitement for this release, so we're looking for something really fun and energetic. The goal of this project is bring awareness and excitement to this new product launch, show off the vehicle, and ultimately drive sales targeting shoppers for kids and adult fans and collectors alike.

The LEGO® Group wants to produce two different videos, each no more than :60, so we'll need to source two unique concepts to drive those videos. While both videos will feature the new set, they'll each have a slightly different focus. The first should exclusively feature the female character and her vehicle, while the second should feature the character and her vehicle alongside this already-released Nissan Skyline GT-R set. Concepts should clearly drive one video or the other, and we're open to the length of the video as long as it's under :60. Ultimately, the plan is to have animators execute these concepts, and the videos will be featured both in Walmart stores and on social media to promote the set and the exciting partnership between The LEGO® Group, Walmart, and The Fast and the Furious franchise.

Creatively, your video concepts should take place in an entirely brick-built world, and should not require any voiceover, hand models, or onscreen talent. For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.
