JCPenney is looking for Videos to show how people spread joy and giving this holiday season for their #JustGotJingled campaign.
We all know it’s better to give than to receive.* There’s no better feeling than seeing someone’s eyes light up with joy – whether it’s a family member, a friend or even a stranger.
That’s just what JCPenney’s new #JustGotJingled campaign is all about. They’re encouraging folks to spread the holiday cheer by performing random acts of generosity. And they want your help.
JCPenney’s picking three filmmakers to create a suite of warm and touching videos that show real moments of giving and the joy it brings. They want to see real people and genuine interactions that inspire viewers to take the #JustGotJingled challenge. Check out the objectives section to find out more.
*Unless you’re receiving a jet ski.
The goal of this project is to create eighteen 15-second Videos for JCPenney’s #JustGotJingled campaign. Three filmmakers will be selected to each create six 15-second Videos in a suite showing that it is better to give than to receive, and to encourage people to complete the #JustGotJingled challenge from the JCPenney site. Filmmakers can create a suite of Videos that all build upon each other and culminate in the sixth Video, but that is not required. Even if a building approach is considered, each Video must also work by itself.
--Key Marketing Messages: This holiday season, it is better to give than to receive. Encourage people to participate in random acts of kindness and generosity.
