Im a writer/director based in Los Angeles. My passion is making bold, imaginative, cinematic films. For me, filmmaking is about the power of story and the connection between people, in front of and behind the camera. I began my career working as an Assistant Director on studio films and a variety of network TV shows. Several years ago, I started writing and directing my own films. In 2010, I was one of eight women selected for the Directing Workshop for Women at AFI, which helps develop and bring exposure to female filmmakers with a strong voice and perspective. Then, I was chosen for the Disney / ABC Directing Program for 2012-2014. I shadowed directors on SCANDAL, REVENGE and THE FOSTERS. Im currently developing a feature screenplay, and have more to come.
