Trudy Sargent is an LA-based film producer and director with a background in international distribution and a passion for emotionally driven storytelling. She began her career releasing New Line Cinema titles across Eastern Europe. Her first feature, Are You Ready For Love?, produced at Carnaby Films, was distributed by Sony Pictures Classics and won five awards at the Monaco International Film Festival. Additional producing credits include Dolphins (Lionsgate), Daddy’s Girl (Grindhouse Entertainment), and The Last Drop (Sony UK). As a director, Trudy has helmed a range of short and feature films, most recent credits incluse, Lost Tape (2025), Love & Coffee (2025), Savage Girls (2024). She has produced content for networks including BET+, AllBlk, FUBU and UMC with titles such as Jupiter Jones, Premeditated, A House Divided. Outside the industry, Trudy is a Tony Robbins trainer and committed humanitarian, having volunteered across Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
