My name is Cara and I am a partner at Pocket. Pocket is an award winning animation house in Durban, South Africa. We work in Cel, 2D and 3D animation. We love to experiment with new mediums, and collaborate with artists in other fields - we feel this gives our work heart. We live in a part of the world that is extraordinarily culturally diverse, and this feeds our studio with inspiration and energy. Our core team is small and tightly knit - we’ve spent over a decade working on projects that push us creatively. This allows us to be agile, experimental and collaborative. Our prime objective is to make a difference in the way we communicate with people - we talk to real people, about real things.
