Born in Mexico City to an Irish mother and Mexican father, Kevin worked as a theatre actor and soap actor Carrusel de las Américas in Mexico City. After finishing school, he came to Ireland in 1996 and studied Media Production in Coláiste Dhulaigh and Film as a Fine-Art & languages at the University of Wolverhampton. He has written and directed several award winning short films including, A Kings Tradition, Lesson 101, The Wacky Diary of a Pick Up Artist and Hope. He has also worked as a camera operator, A.P., Promos Producer and editor for TV3, Setanta Sports, Ned Kelly Pictures and RTÉ. He has directed several TV commercials, music videos & concerts for The Walls, HamsandwicH, Julie Feeney, The Laundry Shop and The Novas. He directed the sell-out run of Stoker 2009 at the New Theatre, Dublin. In 2010 and 2011 he won the Irish leg of Empire magazines Done in 60 Seconds competition with versions of The Departed and Shadow of the Vampire. He was a finalist in Fords 8 minutes in Cobh
