Born and raised in Oklahoma, Jeffrey L. Richards has spent the past 15 years in New York City. His pursuit of being a working writer began in earnest some 6 years ago and coincided with his pursuit of his BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Creative Writing at NYU which he anticipates receiving in spring 2016. Mr. Richards has focused his writing on stage plays and novels. His first play, Stillwater, will have its New York and world premiere at the Venus/Adonis Theater Festival in January 2016. He has completed his second play, The Boys of Ward 6, and continues work on his third, On Being Lost. He is the author of one novel, The Summer of Jenny Wade, which debuted in September 2015.
