HaiTao Wu is a New York-based cinematographer whose work has been recognized with 3 National News & Documentary Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Awards, GLAAD Awards, and Gold Telly Awards. As director of photography, his credits include ABC Studios' "Soul of a Nation" and National Geographic's "Erased: WW2's Heroes of Color," nominated for Best New Non-Scripted or Documentary Series. His camera credits also span the Oscar-shortlisted, Sundance-winning "Three Identical Strangers" and BAFTA nominee "Fear City: New York VS The Mafia." As producer and cinematographer of "Late Life: The Chien-Ming Wang Story," he helped bring to the screen a film nominated for Best Documentary at the 55th Taipei Golden Horse Awards. Wu captures the raw authenticity of real-life stories, uncovering deep truths and conveying the essence of human emotion.
