Extra Syrup is a NYC-based production company specializing in commercial, beauty, lifestyle, social-first, and editorial content. Co-founded by director and photographer Shirley Cruz and cinematographer/editor Nick Parish, we bring a hands-on, director-led approach to every project, balancing strong visual POVs with brand clarity and executional precision. Our work often explores intimate perspectives, playful camera language, and tactile detail, while remaining grounded in real-world moments and diverse representation. We’ve collaborated with brands including Dior, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom, Amazon, Netflix, New Era, and Dr. Scholl’s, creating content designed to perform across platforms without losing its personality.
