And the Winner is...  Senataur, a stop motion comedy created by Alec Pinkston!

Senataur is an irreverent satire about a half man, half horse alien politician who is banished to Earth after a bitter loss to his rival and forced to start over in the USA with hopes of recapturing his rightful place in the Intergalactic Government... by conquering Earth.

Pinkston along with Gregory Hinchman, Peter Stepnoski and his team at Odd Machine shot the winning Proof of Concept in Chicago.
