Since 2017, NBCU has partnered with Tongal Creators in 75+ countries to celebrate the entertainment giant's greatest franchises, movies, and shows.
Many of the filmmakers and artists working on these projects are superfans of the franchise that their unique creativity has helped to expand, bringing authenticity and passion to the work that cannot be matched by the traditional agency model.
Our community is consistently trusted with the brand's most valuable IP. For the 35th anniversary of Back to the Future, we recreated a series of scenes from the original film in various animation styles (see above).

To celebrate the new Chucky series, our creators designed an official poster for each episode of the season, and others to mark various cultural moments, including Pride Month.

Creators on Tongal have powered hundreds of idents and animated shorts for the NBCU Cable network SYFY. We also developed SYFY's first feature-length documentary, about the comic book legend Todd McFarlane.

Troy Mullin is an illustrator, fabricator, and puppeteer who runs Mullin Entertainment, a studio creating live theater, film, and media. He has worked with major clients including Nickelodeon, Harvard, and The Jim Henson Company. Mullin's short film, Galaxy of Pride, features handcrafted alien puppets representing the colors of the Pride flag, celebrating identity and self-expression.
