Based on your feedback we’ve streamlined and simplified your profile pages giving you more control over organization and clearly displaying your “To Do” items you’ll need to complete in order to receive payment for your work.
Let’s check out the new tabs on your profile!
Dashboard:
>> Mouse over your avatar > click on Dashboard in the drop-down menu
The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your Tongal activity. Your Dashboard is made up of several activity boxes that enable you to quickly filter and search data and manage Project-related tasks. You’ll notice you can click any of the blue links to filter data. Most importantly if you have a “To Do” item, that means there is paperwork or a file that Tongal is requesting from you in order to get paid during the upcoming pay cycle. Click that link to see exactly what we’re requesting.
Submissions:
>> Click on Submissions in the navigation bar above your profile – or –
>> Click any of the blue stats in your Submissions activity box (Note: this will
automatically filter your data by the stat you click on)
On the Submissions page, you can filter and search past submissions, edit open submissions, or manage Sponsor notes during a Revisions Phase. Use the activity box to quickly filter submissions by stats, or for a more direct search, type a phrase into the search bar. You can also sort your Submissions list by clicking on the blue headings above the list columns.
Payments:
>> Click on Payments in the navigation bar above your profile – or –
>> Click any of the blue stats in your Payments activity box (Note: this will automatically
filter your data by the stat you click on)
On the Payments page, you can review and complete prompts, check the status of items under review, and see upcoming payments. Any items that require action will appear as prompts in the Payments list next to the relevant Project. Here, you can also update your preferred method of payment and fill out Winner’s Forms and W-8BEN/W-9.
Portfolio:
>> Click on Portfolio in the navigation bar above your profile
Not much has changed on your Portfolio page. It’s still the best place to showcase your Winning Submissions and your most brilliant creative work – created either on Tongal or outside Tongal. You can build and curate your own Galleries and create a link to share them. To learn how to create a new Gallery for your Portfolio, check out this FAQ article.
Settings:
>> Click on Settings in the navigation bar above your profile
Your Settings is the place to go to update your private and public information and change your email preferences.
