In an effort to move towards specific feedback on submissions, we are going to show you how your Ideas were “rated” - which will be transparent in your Activity Feed. Pretty exciting, right?
Here’s how it will work:
• After an Idea Phase closes, representatives from Tongal and the Client will vote on your submissions. They will be rated 1 to 5 stars.
• 1 – 2 stars either means the Idea was not “on brief” or perhaps has substantial grammatical errors. 3 stars is a good Idea. 4 – 5 stars is a great Idea.
• The ratings help inform and organize the Client’s decisions, but do not determine the winning Idea.
• Once the Winners are posted on the Project Page your aggregate rating will be posted next to the submission in your Activity Feed.
The scores are meant to serve as a barometer to see how your Ideas are doing over time. A four/five star score does not necessarily ensure a winning submission, but it does mean you are on the right track and doing great work.
These “rules” are not set in stone, as this is our first attempt at something like this. But we think it will help shed a little more light on your submission experience, and we hope you like it!
