Concept: The End of the Chip Clip/Unemployment
Show different cut shots of trash cans. All the while different Chip Bag Clips are getting thrown away. Have them bounce in different ways for visual interest. Say "Bag clips never wanted to see this day". Or put clips in animated unemployment line.
