Create a mobile app utilizing GPS that looks for distance traveled versus time to ensure safe driving/no speeding. User is rewarded the more miles the app is "turned on" and will encourage safe driving as they know they are monitored.

Problem: Young and Responsible
Insurance costs are excessively high for 18-25 age group. Aging shouldn't be the only recourse to lower costs. We're not all reckless!
