Woman has car accident not involving another car and no injuries. Calls insurance agent to report accident. Agent responds that he already knows. Surprised she says she thinks the damage is around $1000 but that she'll need to get an estimate. Agent responds that the damage was $879 and non need for estimate. She then asks where she should have it repaired to which agent responds it'll be dropped off about now. She looks out window and agent gets out of repaired car, waves and leaves. Wow!
