do we have to use the pitch for the video you are going to make or can you use your own if you don't like what won the pitch

Am I allowed to use voices? I know in the LEGO City challenge you aren't.

And will the Pitch winners receive a Monster Fighters kit?

Most of the video projects on Tongal now use the Pitch phase. I'm just curious why a brand would prefer that over just going from the Idea Phase to the Video Phase. I realize they are getting a more developed concept etc. but it seems the Pitch Phase trend is taking the "Crowd" out of crowdsourcing.
Caleb Light-Wills
Tongal has always been an iterative platform and the Pitch Phase is simply the next logical step in our process. From a brand perspective, the Pitch phase allows for more fully developed, "on-equity" creative to emerge, which means more potential applications and uses for the content.

From a creative standpoint, it means guaranteed payment, increased client feedback and greater exposure for the producer. We think it has, therefore, created a win-win situation for both sides of the equation.

I do see the merit in the Pitch Phase, I like the idea of having a production budget & guaranteed payment. I just hope it doesn't narrow the playing field too much as time goes by.5:17AM May 15, 2012

Just putting it out there: these videos are seriously funny. Awesome work, everyone!

To follow the previous videos with the Handle It style, they use their bumper in the middle of the video, and have a little "funny" clip afterwards. Since there is no asset for this, how does that work with how we should edit it?

Insert a few frames of black.
