ABOUT

Mindfruit is a Los Angeles based collective with the goal of creating diverse, fantastic, and beautiful videos. We love movies. We love video games. We love clever commercials and pinhole photography and music thats just south of the beaten path.

Since 2006 our members have created dozens of narrative and commercial works for high profile companies like Doritos and Forever 21. But frankly, we love to work on anything fun.

Hey guys - I apologize for not responding to these earlier (and I'm about to contact Tongal folks as well). While we had used Louie's standup as inspiration for the patterns and arguments here, we wrote out five different scripts - not realizing the final dialogue was so similar to Louie CK's sitcom

This is not right. It's not right to absolutely steal an idea like this. I'm sorry, I try to only be supportive on this site, but this is just not right. If the brand decides to run this, they're going to deal with a MASSIVE backlash from Louis CK fans, obviously.

Really? People are being rewarded for completely stealing an idea? This EXACT bit was the opening of Lucky Louie's first episode and was used in all of their promo's. This person should give their money back and this video should be removed from the site. Ridiculous.
