Associate Director, Dialogue Earth Tom has spent over a decade in media, beginning as a producer at a TV news station. He then spent nine years at an Internet media company where he worked as an online multimedia producer, and then produced TV promotion spots to drive traffic to the Web. He went on to run the company's Web analytics group as director of research & metrics. At Dialogue Earth, Tom's work includes analysis of the drivers of sentiment in the social media, as well as the research and development of online tools and content promoting dialogue. Tom has a communication degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the University of MN.
