Someone calls up a customer hotline and hears the phrase "this call may be recorded". Someone picks up on the support side and the caller says "Actually, this call WILL be recorded." "By me." Customer support operator looks over to associate and says "They're recording me! What do I do?". Associate: "What ever they need!"
