It says they wants "60-150" second videos. Some of these ideas such as the smoked salmon won't work being that long.

If you went out and shot the Idea as described, you're right, but the point here is to take the Idea and develop it further into something that could work as a 60-150 second video.

Since we are now in the Pitch Phase, and you are Pitching for a production budget to produce a video, you need a link to some previous work you have created.

It says in the Overview "Please note they are not looking for a video commercial spot". What exactly does that mean? If the spots are promoting the pretzel crisps, doesn't that make them "video commercial spots"? thanks

Think episodic content or a fun one-off video As opposed to a 30 seconds spot. It can still promote the product but it should go beyond that and be something that people really want to watch.
