Ghoul Me Once... Ghoul Me Twice
Non-Dialogue vid, to silly music, showing the many pranks. Please reference my reel, Tongal portfolio, and 2nd link below to non-dialogue skits I've animated before. Pranks like: -Ghost plays record on Victrola called "Night Time Sounds," tricking Vampyre to open coffin. -Keep-Away with Scientist's Monster, throwing brain back and forth as he tries to grab it. Then zombie catches the brain, everyone panics. -Vampyre has old-timey film of full moon, keeps turning on/off to make Werewolf change.

Amusing anecdotal snippets of Rodney's most outrageous exploits told from beside the fireplace in his fabled trophy room. Shot in a cinematic style, with fully detailed miniature scale sets cutting between his trophy room and various locals where the stories take place, Rodney reveals the way that his hero team was assembled and about the strange characters that have tried to join the team but didn't make the cut (along the lines of watching Christopher Walken try out for Han Solo, etc).

Flashlights & Shaky Cameras, with Frank Rock
Frank Rock arrives at Brickington Station with his crew. Cameras shake and flashlights flash. Rock checks his hair. Dr. Rathbone gives us a history lesson of the station via old b&w photos of the station. Frank Rock, punk that he is, climbs on board the Ghost Train for some photos. He scoffs, as Ann Lee signals a warning. Ghosts swarm around the train! The train's crooked smile glows. Rock freaks. Suddenly, the video cuts to static! Two bored viewers sit in front of a TV, rolling their eyes.

It begins ominously: One of Lord Vampyre's goons are sending a message out to the Monster Fighters when another goon comes in - "Lord Vampyre bit my finger! He bit me!" The first goon looks back and shakes his head as the other continues saying "It really hurt, Lord Vampyre!" As we zoom back, we realize its a youtube video with over 100 million views. The Monster Fighters laugh together as they watch.

Frank Rock is inspecting surveillance pictures and videos, showing the Swamp Creature and his hostage: Frank's beloved dog. By integrating a 3d-animated Swamp Creature into real live footage anyone can see the world through the eyes of kids: instead of being a tiny toy the creature is real and human sized. Although being large it incorporates the charming Lego style. A masculine voiceover explains the details of the mission. Frank then heads off with his airboat.
